We want you to love what you ordered! That’s why Brandsinn offers a 3-day return & exchange policy for most products purchased through our store.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
If the item is returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition, Brandsinn reserves the right to deny the refund.
Refunds are processed only after thorough inspection of the returned item.

Return Process
1️⃣ Email us at contact@brandsin.pk with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
3️⃣ Once approved, securely pack the item and send it to our return address provided in the confirmation email.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, don’t worry — we’ll replace it free of cost. Just reach out within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
